I am particularly invested in supporting people in thier Self-Development and have been working as a Personal Growth and Company Performance Coach for three years. My qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps me to support clients to discover and redirect their thoughts to lead a more fulfilling life, and reach their desired goals. I have developed my own programmes which incorporate CBT and many other tools and techniques. I have had some incredible results with clients over the years and look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Coaching is necessary now more than ever. As human beings, we have evolved amazingly but we have to learn how to overcome our own minds and I am here to help with this!
Individual sessions take place in South West London or online via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp and are usually from one to two hours.
Group and Systems Coaching sessions are usually between two and four hours.
Services are provided on an individual basis so fees may vary due to travel, session duration, frequency and complexity. Please get in touch to discuss pricing.
I am fully qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi).
Insomnia is a common problem involving trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting quality sleep. CBTi is a technique for treating insomnia without medications.
