As a former world champion bikini competitor, judge and coach, I understand the mindset that comes with the sport — the discipline, the high standards, the drive to perform.

This coaching is ideal for women who:

What This Is Not

This is not competition prep coaching.

 

If you are actively preparing for a show and need stage prep, macro tracking, or peak week planning, this service will not be the right fit.

 

Instead, this coaching is designed for competitors who are ready for the next chapter of their fitness journey.
